
Dr. Eliam Fuentes-Tirado is an independent practice physician at NeuLife Rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Case Western Reserve University and MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute of Ohio in Cleveland. Dr. Fuentes is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and serves as an assistant professor at the University of Central Florida.
Dr. Fuentes specializes in comprehensive rehabilitative care for conditions such as stroke, movement disorders, and neuromuscular pathologies, among others. He is passionate about helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized rehabilitation strategies.
In addition to his role at NeuLife, Dr. Fuentes holds privileges at several hospitals in the community and enjoys sharing his expertise in the field of rehabilitation. His patient care philosophy is rooted in empathy, emphasizing the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with those he serves. He believes in treating patients like family, guiding them with hope, faith, and hard work through their recovery journey.
